Therell be a new football team in town for at least one day this month: the Cincinnati Bengals.In conjunction with a promotion by the Dayton Dragons, the Bengals will hold an open practice at Welcome Stadium at 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 22. Free passes must be picked up at Fifth Third Field in advance (no phone orders).
